Green Attic was fantastic. They consistently underpromised and overdelivered.From when the Dennis the estimator came out (early) and was extremely knowledgeable and professional to when Marco setup the date and got the team out here (earlier than promised) to when Riccardo, Jorge and Juan knocked out the repair and fan install in record time. House was spotless when they finished (finishing early) and they costs were less than they estimated as they discovered some quoted repairs were not needed. I would NEVER have known and they were very honest.

They finished insulating my old roof and fix all the items I need to update my new house. They’ve made couple mistakes but they were able to correct it and clean up the mess. I had Green Attic out about a year ago to install insulation, some vents and solar fan. The temperature regulation in the house has been great, and my energy bills are much lower. Today Julio Robles and his partner came out today to inspect my chimney leaking. He inspected the old work and did a great job on the roof and ventilation. I would recommend them for roof issues as well as any attic issues.

Extraordinary job done on renovating our roof. We had the asbestos roof tiles on our family home in Park Ridge, and it is replaced now with asphalt shingles. We are extremely pleased with the quality of materials used and the execution, speed, and professionalism of the job. The entire project was completed even well before the agreed deadline.
